  • Exchanges are permitted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

To request an exchange or refund, customers must share:

  • Clear product photos.
  • An uncut opening/unboxing video of the package. Any form of video tampering, editing, or modification is strictly unacceptable.

All exchange or refund requests must be raised within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

How to Place a Return Request

Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening and repacking the product to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Pickup

Once the return request is approved, customers are required to ship the product to the return address shared by our support team. The shipping amount paid by the customer for returning the product will also be returned along with the refund after the product is received and successfully passes our quality and safety check.

Refund Policy

We process refunds only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-4 business days after the product passes the quality check.
  • In some cases, banks or payment providers may take 5-7 working days to reflect the refund in your account.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Returned products must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, perfume, stains, or alterations
